Tim, pastor at BBCC, was a career public elementary school teacher in Hyde Park until his retirement in 2000.  At that time he had just completed his formal studies in Christian ministry, receiving a Doctor of Ministry degree from Christian Life School of Theology.  After serving as Associate Pastor, Tim and his team planted a church in Hyde Park which was subsequently merged with another one out-of-town.  Being called to Hyde Park, Tim and Ginny decided to stay in their community, and they opened a home church.  In March of 2008, this group formed Bridge Builders Community Church.
Ginny spent her working career in the Medical Records Department at St. Francis Hospital and then as Administrative Assistant to the Director of Vassar-Warner Home for the elderly in Poughkeepsie.  She took time off to have three children who are now all married and have provided five grandchildren.  She has served in various ministry capacities.  Both Ginny and Tim are trained Stephen Ministers as well as Restoring the Foundations counselors.
